We provide HR and staffing services for businesses without internal HR, or where your HR team needs some additional support. Our services are tailored to your needs, and charged on an hourly, retained service, or project basis.

What locations do you work in?

We provide HR services to Tofino, Ucluelet and the surrounding communities, but are also available for remote engagements across Canada.

Are you a law firm? Do you give legal advice?

No. We provide advisory HR services and do not provide legal advice. Where legal risks are identified, we may recommend that you seek independent legal counsel.

How much do your services cost?

We offer three service models: Casual HR Services (pay‑as‑you‑go), Part‑time HR Services (monthly retainer), and Project‑Based HR Services with a defined scope, timeline, and pricing.

The hourly rate for these services is flexible and depends on the level of expertise that you require: Administrator, Advisor, or Consultant.

Can I try your service before I buy a package?

Yes. New clients receive one complimentary 30‑minute HR advice session by phone or video, providing verbal guidance only.

We also provide a complimentary no-obligation consultation to go over what you are looking for and how we can help.

How do I know what level of service I need?  

We provide a complimentary no-obligation consultation to go over what you are looking for. Following this initial meeting, we will provide you with a written scope of work, including pricing for you to review. Once you are happy, we will then send you a written agreement to sign.

How do you protect confidentiality?

We maintain strict confidentiality, use secure systems, and will disclose any potential conflicts of interest. We are happy to sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement upon request.

What licences do you hold to provide HR services?

We maintain professional indemnity insurance and operate in alignment with applicable British Columbia and federal requirements regarding Employment Standards, Human Rights, privacy, and local business permits and licensing.

We can share copies of our permits, licences and insurance upon request.
